Explore Tualatin Valley needed a website rebuild serving two very different audiences: partners looking for DMO information and tourists planning a trip. I led the upfront research, building user personas, mapping the customer journey, and running a competitive assessment, work that shaped a design accessible to both groups rather than favoring one. Once the project moved into design and development, I directed the designer and weighed in on major structural decisions, including snap scroll functionality used throughout. It's one of the largest, most feature-rich sites we've built.
