[ INTRODUCTION ]
CREATIVE INSTINCT.
OPERATIONAL BACKBONE.
Good design solves a problem. Clients bring me the puzzle pieces — their brand, their audience, their goal — and I hand back something that's beautiful, on-brand, and built to perform. Good process makes great work possible. I keep projects moving and people focused. I'm at my best when I'm the steadiest person in the room — the one who knows what comes next.

[ TESTIMONIALS ]
HANDS-ON CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
I don't step away from the work just because I'm directing. I jump into projects, review at a granular level, and stay fluent in the tools. That's how you actually understand what your team is dealing with and how you become a mentor worth listening to.
I'm fluent in translating client feedback into actionable direction. Vague briefs and messy stakeholder notes are where most projects stall. I can dig past the surface, find what they're actually asking for, and hand the team something they can actually build on instead of a list of complaints.
I work with messy stakeholder situations. Multiple clients, internal teams pulling in different directions, priorities that shift mid-project. The skill is staying calm, making the case for good creative work without being defensive, and knowing exactly when to hold firm versus when to compromise. That's what keeps projects on track and relationships intact.
I keep branding consistent across campaigns, collateral, and channels without making everything look like it came off a template. That means understanding the brand guidelines deeply enough to apply them intelligently, not just rigidly. Every piece of collateral reinforces the brand strategy instead of diluting it.

[ BEHIND THE SCREEN ]
MEET JENI
I'm Jennifer Tesiero — a Creative Director and Project Manager who has spent years at the intersection of beautiful work and smart process. Based in upstate New York and fully remote, I've led teams, directed campaigns, and built workflows that actually hold up under pressure. Good work and good process aren't mutually exclusive — and I've spent my career proving it.
